• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required

• Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP preferred

Position Summary:
• Leader and strategic thinker in taxation
• Deliver compliance and consulting services to individual clients and their trusts, estates, family offices, investment vehicles, and closely-held businesses
• Provide solutions to complex tax issues
• Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors
• Lead client meetings and engagements
• Involved in marketplace eminence building and pursuits
What You'll Do:
• Perform high-level reviews of tax research and returns
• Lead client meetings on compliance and consulting projects
• Train, mentor, and supervise Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors
• Take on lead client-contact roles and billing and profitability analysis
• Be involved in marketplace eminence building and pursuits
The Team:
• Focuses on specialized needs of the ultra-affluent
• Provides comprehensive wealth transfer planning advice
• Helps clients make informed decisions regarding personal financial comfort, business and investment needs, family legacy, and charitable giving
Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a hybrid model
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP preferred
• Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting preferred
