Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a highly respected law firm in Salt Lake City, is currently seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our real estate practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial real estate, mortgage lending, and real estate development to join our team and work on a variety of exciting and challenging cases.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $184,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401k with match and profit sharing, life insurance, and disability coverage.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As an associate attorney on our real estate team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of real estate transactions and litigation matters. We are looking for candidates with at least three to five years of experience in commercial real estate, as well as a strong understanding of mortgage lending, real estate development, and leasing transactions and acquisitions. Experience with land use planning, environmental, natural resources, and water law is also helpful, but not required.
In addition to your experience in real estate law, we are seeking candidates who have excellent academic credentials, a high level of ethics and professionalism, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Candidates must also be a member of the Utah Bar or have the ability and commitment to obtain licensure immediately after hire.
