Law Firm Seeking Information Governance Retention & Disposition Analyst in Various Locations
Taft, a leading law firm with over 1,000 attorneys and 1,775 team members, is seeking an Information Governance Retention & Disposition Analyst to join our team. This position is available in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis.
Job Title: Information Governance Retention & Disposition Analyst
Location: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Information Governance team to implement policies and processes for retention and disposition of firm and client information
- Use information tracking tools to manage physical and electronic information
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to identify and manage physical collections according to retention schedules
- Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and processes
- Provide training and support to answer questions related to retention and disposition of information
- Assist with information clean-up projects
- Work with other teams to manage data in various systems
- Troubleshoot retention and disposition issues and report on solutions
- Complete special projects and duties as assigned by management
Requirements:

- Experience in a professional environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
