Job Description:

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., one of the largest B2B AI-native companies, is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their dynamic and collaborative legal team. In this role, you will lead the negotiation of the company's biggest and most impactful deals and provide thought leadership around commercial strategy and streamlining sales processes. You will have high visibility and interaction with the C-Suite, making clear communication skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable items crucial for success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of enterprise customer agreements, including SaaS agreements and data privacy addendums
- Develop and iterate the Legal team's commercial strategy to scale with the company
- Support Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Product teams by providing legal guidance and contract interpretation
- Manage outside counsel and other team members as needed
- Seek ways to streamline and improve on inefficiencies in processes and forms

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience autonomously negotiating agreements for a high growth company
- . from an accredited law school
- Experience negotiating SaaS/Software contracts
- Exceptional people skills and ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
- Pragmatic, business-focused mindset with an understanding of risk management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
- Strong understanding of IP ownership and data protection/privacy in the context of technology/commercial transactions

Salary and Benefits:
- Hiring range: $186,900 - $233,600 for primary location of USA - CA - Palo Alto
- Specific rate will depend on qualifications and experience
