McNees Wallace & Nurick, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our expanding Privacy & Data Security Group and Litigation Group. This is a full-time professional position that can be based in our Harrisburg, Radnor, Pittsburgh, or Baltimore locations, with hybrid work arrangements available based on experience.

Our Privacy & Data Security Group is dedicated to guiding businesses and organizations in their compliance with . and international privacy regulations. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to assist in negotiating complex transactions involving the transfer and processing of personal information, as well as responding to cyberattacks and data breaches. You will also have the chance to defend companies in class action litigation related to data breaches and privacy violations.

Desired qualifications for this position include a . from an accredited law school and active licensure in Pennsylvania or Maryland. We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law, preferably with exposure to litigation and regulatory matters. CIPP certification is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent research, writing, and communication skills, are essential for success in this role. We are looking for self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

Compensation for this position ranges from $111,000 to $154,000 per year, based on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer opportunities for additional compensation, including standard bonuses, profit sharing, and discretionary bonuses.
