Responsibilities:

As an attorney in our firm, you will have the opportunity to manage cases from start to finish and work closely with clients to provide them with the best legal representation possible. Your responsibilities will include:

- Independently managing a caseload from inception to post-trial
- Communicating with clients to keep them informed of case status and updates
- Making court appearances and attending mediations
- Preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conducting research and responding to discovery requests
- Direct and cross-examining expert witnesses during trial and depositions
- Meeting billing requirements and maintaining accurate time records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience are highly preferred. Additionally, candidates must have a strong positive attitude, be able to work well within a team structure, and be dedicated to the firm’s mission and goals.
