Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including family-based petitions (I-130), adjustment of status (1-485), provisional waivers (I-601A), naturalization (N-400), employment authorization documents (I-765), DACA/TPS (I-821D), Consular Processing (DS-260) and U Visas (I-918). Will be preparing and filing applications with the Immigration Court, with a high emphasis on asylum and cancellation of removal applications (E-42b). Submitting supplemental evidence filings with EOIR in advance of Individual/Merits Hearings. Completing affidavits with clients. Drafting motions for filing with the Immigration Court. Proactively communicating with clients to answer questions and provide status updates.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience. Bilingual (Spanish) essential. Familiarity with the Immigration Court and USCIS procedures is essential. Should have experience using Microsoft Office. Experience using Docketwise software is a bonus.
