The candidate will proide tax compliance and adisory serices to corporations and partnerships for a ariety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax proision calculations. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to proide industry knowledge and experience. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects. Manage a portfolio of clients of arying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; build and manage client relationships; and adise clients and be responsible for deliering high quality tax serice and adice. Oersee risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets. Engage in and contribute to market and business actiities external to the firm.
