We offer a competitive compensation package for our associates, ranging from $140,000 - $215,000, with the potential for annual performance-based bonuses. Our income partners can expect a compensation range of $216,000 - $315,000, with the opportunity for discretionary bonuses. Actual salaries will be based on years of practice and experience.

At Law Firm, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a hybrid work arrangement option, as well as an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. Our billable hour requirement is 1850, and we provide competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
