Job Title: Legal Analyst (Intellectual Property)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the company's . and foreign trademark and copyright portfolio as well as the domain name portfolio.
- Collaborate with global partners and outside counsel regarding new trademarks or the addition of new services under existing marks.
- Draft and complete license agreements for the appropriate use of intellectual property assets and licensed content for company departments, subsidiaries, and third parties.
- Assist with patent filings, maintain docket, and draft and execute related license and assignment documents.
- Support the Associate General Counsel, GTG & Endless Assortment, with the review of innovations and programs to identify protectable intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Assist with the development of intellectual property training, guidelines, tools, resources, and agendas for the Patent Committee and Brand Council.
- Review marketing copy as part of intellectual property assessment.
- Engage in other projects as directed by the Associate General Counsel, GTG & Endless Assortment.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Corporate Affairs team.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new processes, document templates, playbooks, and training materials.
- Embrace a continual learning mindset with curiosity.

Education and Experience Information:
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Paralegal Certification from an ABA-accredited program.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate law department or law firm.
- Experience working as a member of a team and collaborating with all Legal Department team members.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78, to $130,.
- Compensation is subject to change, and the amount ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described.
- Compensation depends on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience, and skills.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
