As an Administrative Coordinator at Finnegan, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients, guests, and staff. Your exceptional customer service, warm demeanor, and commitment to upholding the firm's values will be essential for success in this role.

H2: Responsibilities

- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms and meeting logistics.
- Notarize legal documents for firm personnel.
- Fulfill parking validation requests.
- Assist and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are clean and presentable.
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and guests.
- Utilize knowledge of multi-line phone systems to answer and route calls.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate catering requests.
- Conduct research projects as needed.
- Complete assigned trainings to maintain and advance skills.
- Manage confidential information and explain firm protocols when necessary.

H2: Qualifications

- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or some college preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or law firm hospitality or concierge role.
- High-touch customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Must be commissioned or obtain a Notary Public certification in the District of Columbia.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and event management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and meeting platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

H2: Salary Information

- Base annual pay range: - per hour.
- Actual pay offered will vary based on skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
