The Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bankruptcy/Restructuring Shareholder/Partner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who possesses at least 10 years of experience in Bankruptcy Practice and is looking for a new and challenging position. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in handling cases in Bankruptcy Courts and a deep understanding of Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle a variety of bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 cases, work-outs, distressed debts, and sale of distressed assets
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients from various industries
- Collaborate with attorneys in other practice areas to ensure comprehensive and effective service for clients involved in bankruptcy proceedings
- Develop sound legal strategies and analysis for clients’ situations
- Stay up-to-date with developments and changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations
- Represent clients in adversarial proceedings, contested matters, and confirmation proceedings
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, financing and financial transactions, mechanics liens, and debt collection
- Bring portable business to complement Firm-generated business

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Bankruptcy Practice
- Proficiency in handling cases in Bankruptcy Courts
- Exceptional knowledge of Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys in other practice areas
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with commercial litigation
- Licensed in the State of Texas and in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts
