Job Title: Experienced Immigration Paralegal in Houston, TX

Salary: $15 - per hour

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

Law Firm in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law and must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. This full-time position requires proficiency in basic Microsoft programs and excellent writing and grammatical skills. The main responsibilities of this role include preparing forms for filing in Immigration Court and with USCIS, such as family petitions/adjustments, N-400, I-90, asylum applications, waivers, consular processes, and more.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for filing in Immigration Court and with USCIS
- Family petitions/adjustments
- N-400, I-90, asylum applications, waivers
- Consular processes
- I-765, court motions, court appeals
- Immigration detainee proceedings
- DACA renewals, U Visa, VAWA, NVC, family/criminal law

Salary:
- $15 - per hour
- Salary determined based on experience

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
