Responsibilities:
- Assist policyholder clients in resolving complex insurance coverage disputes
- Secure carrier participation in defense and settlement of claims
- Maximize insurance recoveries for clients
- Advise on a wide range of insurance coverage issues
- Review insurance policies and handle claims
- Litigate insurance coverage disputes
- Draft contractual indemnity and insurance provisions
- Utilize strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage issues
- Experience with construction insurance coverage and corporate transactional work is a plus
Requirements:
- One to five years of experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage matters
- New York bar license required
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
