Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a variety of tax services including corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate taxes
- Oversee the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through networking and business development activities
- Provide clients with in-depth industry knowledge
- Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- CPA or Bar License required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Prior experience working with large, multi-state, internationally active middle-market clients preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation Range:
- California: $104,000 - $177,000
- Colorado: $108,000 - $148,000
- Washington: $104,000 - $153,000
- Remote: $108,000 - $148,000

As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on various tax services, including corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate taxes. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a Master of Tax preferred.
