Must be a motivated, diligent, self-starter with strong academic credentials, keen organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Should possess excellent communication and writing skills. Must have extensive training and be mentored by Founding Partner, who served as a Managing Partner at one of the largest Labor and Employment firms in the country. Admission to Connecticut Bar and New York Bar is preferred.
