Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in financial restructuring matters, including large chapter 11 cases and workouts
• Work closely with both creditors and debtors to negotiate and structure deals
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to financial restructuring
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Qualifications:
• Mid-Senior level associate with 4 - 6 years of financial restructuring experience
• Strong academic credentials, including law school and undergraduate transcripts
• Prior work experience in financial restructuring, preferably with experience representing creditors or debtors
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar
Salary Information:
• Salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
