Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy
Partner with internal team to efficiently manage dockets and cases
Negotiate settlements and defend against counterclaims
Leverage latest industry technology and monitor changes in laws and regulations
Regional travel to appear in courts throughout Georgia

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree
1-3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills
