Paralegal (Personal Injury Law Firm): Seeking experienced and bilingual (Spanish) Paralegals with minimum 2-5 years personal injury experience, must have ABA Paralegal Certificate and knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines.

Salary Information: $30 - $45 an hour, with guaranteed competitive pay plan and unlimited earning potential. Additional benefits include 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as opportunities for advancement and paid holidays.

Job Description:

- Discovery/Responding to discovery
- Reviewing documents and legal research
- Drafting legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, and summonses
- Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling trial binders and exhibits
- Calendar management for court hearings and deadlines
- Drafting and revising letters, briefs, and memos
- Providing general administrative support to supervising attorney

Qualifications:

- ABA Paralegal Certificate
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish required
