Law Firm is Looking for Associate Attorney - Real Estate and Construction/Business Law Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join the Real Estate and Construction/Business Law practice group in their Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, primarily in real estate and construction transactions and litigation, with some experience in business transactions and litigation preferred. Job Responsibilities: Manage caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner. Conduct legal research and draft motions and discovery.
