Real Estate Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will help coordinate contracts, communicate with clients/agents/loan officers, monitor all contingency deadlines in contracts; communicate with all parties - sellers, and agents, and coordinate the closing with title companies, buyer's agents and sellers. Should have 2-3 years of experience. Should have an understanding of real estate transactions and experience in the preparation of closing documents. Must be organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of legal procedures and terminology in civil litigation, probate, and family is required. Must be fluent in Polish and English. Must be very dependable, organized, courteous and professional. Must be extremely well-spoken and capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Should have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
