Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and solutions that change how customers interact with their money.
- Build AI foundation models through all phases of development.
- Engage in high-impact applied research to push the latest AI developments into the next generation of customer experiences.
- Leverage a broad stack of technologies to reveal insights hidden within large volumes of data.
- Use interpersonal skills to translate the complexity of work into tangible business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Salary Information:
- Minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
- New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $368,000 - $420,000 for Sr. Distinguished Applied Researcher.
- San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-site): $389,900 - $444,900 for Sr. Distinguished Applied Researcher.
- Candidates hired in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.

Incentive Compensation:
- This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
- Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
