The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, LLC is seeking current law school students and recent graduates to join our team as Law Clerks. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career as a litigator. Our fast-paced practice specializes in personal injury and workers compensation cases, and our team of three seasoned trial attorneys will provide you with invaluable mentorship and guidance.

As a Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, gaining hands-on experience and developing problem-solving skills. While each case will require individualized attention, your general responsibilities will include legal research, client interviews, trial preparation, and drafting and editing legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery. You will also have the opportunity to file pleadings in District and Circuit Courts and organize and summarize medical records.
