Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence, drafting various legal documents, and managing closing and post-closing processes. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while also collaborating with various parties involved in the transaction. Proficiency in Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze commercial real estate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents and resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches
• Draft estoppel certificates and SNDAs
• Abstract complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, condominium documents, and easements
• Create, manage, coordinate, and track closing and post-closing documents
• Communicate directly with title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
• Maintain compliance with procedures and guidelines
• Manage deadlines and multiple work streams

Qualifications:
• Experienced in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence
• Knowledge of drafting various legal documents, such as deeds and resolutions
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable communicating with various parties involved in the transaction
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Office Suite

Salary Information:
• Anticipated base salary: $85,000 - $145,000 per year
• Actual salary offered will be based on years of experience, education level, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities, and performance
