We are looking for a highly experienced attorney with at least four years of transactional work experience to join our prestigious Corporate Trust practice at a top law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with major national banks and other financial institutions in a variety of complex transactions.

Key Information:
- Minimum of four years of experience in transactional work
- Focus on representing banks and financial institutions as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents, and collateral or security agents
- Work closely with capital markets and loan agency departments
- Experience in finance or securities/capital markets preferred
