Job Description:
Ridgway Law Group, PS, a highly respected Seattle-based law firm, is seeking two Associate Attorneys with 4+ years of experience in Probate/Estate Litigation to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience handling legal disputes related to wills, trusts, and estates and possess exceptional communication and writing skills. The firm is known for its personalized client service, legal guidance, and skillful advocacy, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage case progression, including developing strategies, identifying priorities, and conducting legal research
- Draft and review legal documents and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver outstanding legal services
- Maintain compliance with ethical rules and firm policies throughout the entire case lifecycle
- Uphold a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the WSBA
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in probate/estate/trust litigation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Tabs Practice Master is preferred
- Minimum of 1200 billable hours annually
