Position Details:
- Paralegal position available at Harris Beach Murtha's Wills, Trusts and Estates department
- Location: Open to all Harris Beach Murtha offices for hybrid remote opportunity
- Experience: 3+ years of estate administration experience required
- Responsibilities include interacting with clients, drafting legal documents, and preparing tax returns
- The firm values a minimum of 1400 billable hours annually from employees
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
- Proficiency with MS Office and technology resources
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule (1 day remote)
Compensation:
- Salary varies based on relevant experience, geographic location, and weekly hours schedule
- Anticipated weekly schedule for the Paralegal in Albany is hours per week
- Anticipated weekly schedule for the Paralegal in Buffalo, Ithaca, Rochester, and Syracuse is hours per week
- Anticipated weekly schedule for the Paralegal in New York City, Uniondale, and White Plains is 35 hours per week
