As the Principal Analyst, Dispute Resolution, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure uniform, consistent, and high-quality dispute resolution services. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on various matters such as expungement, jurisdiction, and investment advisers. Additionally, you will track payment of arbitration awards and manage the arbitration claim intake process. Your strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, at least five years of related experience, and a strong understanding of FINRA rules relating to dispute resolution. In addition, the candidate must possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
This is a full-time position with normal office conditions, and travel may be required.
