Paralegal The candidate will be primarily responsible for reviewing and understanding the detail of files, handling aspects of case management from beginning to end, including drafting discovery, document review, and document management, as well as producing thorough and accurate legal documents, maintaining written and verbal communication with outside counsel, court officials, clients, etc. and other duties as assigned. Previous experience in construction is preferred.
