In this role, you will have the opportunity to advise on complex and novel privacy legal issues that affect products across our company. You will also play a critical role in developing and driving global company strategy and execution of scalable solutions on key privacy topics. If you have a strong understanding of global privacy laws, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Drive high-impact initiatives to meet evolving global privacy legal requirements by advising product, business, and legal stakeholders across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
- Facilitate a consistent and sustainable approach to complex and novel privacy issues by developing strategies, driving leadership alignment, and counseling on product implications
- Maintain subject matter expertise in key privacy areas and evaluate the impact of relevant global legal requirements, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions
- Develop resources and tools to enable counsel across the company to provide consistent and durable advice on privacy issues

Minimum Qualifications:

- . degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar
- 10+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience
- Demonstrated expertise in advising on global privacy laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, especially those relevant for social media, ad tech, and internet companies
- Proven legal analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working cross-functionally to advance projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience prioritizing work and providing advice under challenging deadlines
- Demonstrated interest and experience in understanding technology and innovations

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $226,000/year to $304,000/year
- Additional compensation: bonus, equity, benefits
