Law Firm Seeking Private Credit Associate with 4-6 years experience in Los Angeles

Katten, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join their Private Credit Department in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or relevant legal experience.

Private Credit Associate Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations
- Demonstrate lending experience (borrowers side exposure is a plus)
- General experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus

Salary Information:
- Estimated salary range of $225,000 - $420,000
- Salary determinations based on experience/job history, graduation year, and practice area

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or relevant legal experience
- Admission to the California bar is preferred but not required
- Strong academic credentials
