Stifel, a global wealth management and investment banking firm, is seeking a Deputy General Counsel for their Institutional Group. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to Stifel's Institutional Group, including Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), and will be based in either New York or St. Louis.

Responsibilities of the Deputy General Counsel include analyzing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements, advising on investment banking activities, and participating in the integration of new businesses and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong understanding of laws and regulations related to lending, broker-dealers, and institutional financial services. They will also possess excellent communication, research, and strategic thinking skills.

Stifel offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care, 401k, and paid time off. The salary for this position ranges from USD $225, to USD $275, per year, with actual salaries varying based on qualifications and experience.
