Duties

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and lending.

  • Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions and development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to address real estate legal matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate law.
  • Manage caseloads efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law within a law firm setting.
  • Transactional experience in commercial real estate law, including real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development, and zoning.
  • Active law license in Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio is required.
  • Demonstrated superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active law license in Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio.
