Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various healthcare-related litigation matters
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure effective case management
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion
• 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong academic credentials with a focus on relevant coursework
• Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
