Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to intellectual property matters.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering fields.
• Managing and advising clients on trademark registration and protection.
• Handling intellectual property litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal counsel on intellectual property-related agreements and transactions.

Requirements:

• Admitted to at least one State Bar and the Patent Bar.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark and patent prosecution.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to at least one State Bar.
• Admission to the Patent Bar.
