The candidate must possess exceptional analytical and writing skills, a strong academic background, and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, the candidate should be highly motivated, technologically savvy, and demonstrate outstanding lawyering skills, with a willingness and motivation to engage in business development activities.

Duties:

• Conduct civil litigation in diverse areas, including business, real estate, construction, trust and estate, employment law, and personal injury.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills in legal documents and communications.
• Manage cases efficiently, demonstrating strong case management and time management skills.
• Utilize technology, including e-discovery tools, to enhance legal processes.
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic background in law.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, with an outgoing, confident, well-spoken, and collegial demeanor.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Technologically savvy, including proficiency in e-discovery processes.
• Outstanding lawyering skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
