Duties:

• Conduct due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies and policies.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate transactions and securities law.
• Substantial experience with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience with commercial contracts, corporate governance, or securities matters is a plus.
• Superior academic record from an accredited law school.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or eligibility to become licensed).
