Develop and manage client relationships, providing strategic legal counsel on corporate and business matters.
Handle legal issues related to contracts, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business advisory.
Collaborate with firm leadership to implement growth strategies and expand the business law practice.
Mentor and support junior attorneys, fostering professional development within the team.
Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting business law.
Contribute to business development efforts through networking, client outreach, and marketing initiatives.
Extensive experience in business law with a strong background in corporate transactions.
Proven ability to attract and retain clients, with an established network or book of business preferred.
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar.
Active and in good standing with the state bar.
Business development and client relationship management.
Contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional law expertise.
Effective communication and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
