• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather pertinent information and evidence for case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints and motions, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
• Advocate vigorously for clients in court and during negotiations, striving for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to manage and strategize case progress effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on trial experience in family or domestic law.

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current North Carolina state bar membership in good standing.
