Duties:

  • Negotiate personal injury cases with insurance companies and defense counsel.
  • Manage litigation from complaint through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery.
  • Prepare for and take depositions; handle court appearances as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and maintain client relations.
  • Prepare for trial proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Must have passed the California Bar Exam.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience required.
  • Personal injury experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • First or second chair trial experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid California state bar certification.
