Job Overview: A law firm in Waco, TX, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to handle exceptional cases for great clients. This role involves developing strategies to foster productive relationships with the support team and aligning closely with the firm's goals.

Duties:

• Develop and implement pre-litigation strategies for personal injury cases.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.
• Handle case evaluations, prepare documentation, and manage case files.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Maintain a high level of client advocacy and aggression in negotiations.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• State Bar certification in Texas.
• 3-5 years of personal injury or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education:
