Summary:
- Job Title: Lead Counsel - FDA
- Salary: $170,800 - $284,600 per year
- Experience: 7-10+ years of FDA regulatory legal experience
- Location: Hybrid position (one day in office per week), with preferred location in Washington, DC and other locations in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance in preparation for FDA audits and inspections
- Advise on quality requirements, storage and distribution, manufacturing, labeling and marketing, clinical research, and post-market actions
- Support corporate compliance in developing policies and procedures and conducting trainings
- Offer legal advice on interactions with FDA and other regulatory bodies
- Partner with Corporate Affairs team to inform and shape advocacy efforts
- Assist with regulatory due diligence for M&A activities
- Provide legal advice for contract terms with sales, marketing, finance, and procurement departments
- Help develop and refine corporate policies related to FDA regulatory issues
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of FDA regulatory legal experience
- . law degree (.) required
- Expertise in . federal and state healthcare legal and regulatory environments
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including anti-kickback laws, fraud and abuse statutes, and privacy laws
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
- Strategic problem solver with ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions
