Location:

• Orlando, FL

Duties:

• Represent contractors, developers, and owners throughout the construction process
• Handle contract preparation, negotiation, and risk management
• Manage disputes via mediation, arbitration, and litigation
• Oversee claims analysis and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Provide counsel on payment disputes and design defect claims
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable team in a vibrant office setting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
• Expertise in construction matters, including payment and design claims
• Strong background in contract administration and alternative dispute resolution
• Active member of the Florida Bar
• Excellent academic credentials

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.)

Certifications:

• Florida State Bar License
