A law firm in Long Beach, CA, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various litigation matters and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Conduct depositions and interview witnesses as necessary.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation-related matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
