Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.

- Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and rules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
