Duties:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and child support matters.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements, with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court during hearings and trials.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all legal procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law in Arizona.
• Active and current license to practice law in Arizona.
• Experience handling high-asset divorce cases is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to handle complex family law issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona State Bar license.

Skills:

• Expertise in Arizona family law, including divorce, child custody, and support.
• Strong drafting skills for legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Proven ability to negotiate and advocate effectively in court.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
