Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience as well as a familiarity with corporate documentation and commercial service agreements. The candidate will be drafting leases, distribution agreements, operating agreements, purchase and sale documentation, entity resolutions and such similar documents, as well as performing (i) commercial and residential real estate closings, (ii) equity purchases and sales and (iii) asset purchase and sales; together with the requisite due diligence associated.
