Location:

Duties:

• Manage and mentor a team of paralegals, providing guidance and support in case preparation and management.
• Conduct client consultations to discuss treatment options and case strategies.
• Draft and review demand letters, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
• Audit case files and reports for compliance and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.
• Cultivate and grow a personal book of business, fostering relationships within the community and legal field.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote the firm and attract new clients.
• Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and best practices to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor legal support staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
• A book of business and marketing experience are highly desirable.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Texas; licensure in multiple states is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal drafting and case management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
