The ideal candidate will bring 4-6 years of civil litigation experience, particularly in employment law, and a passion for navigating the evolving landscape of employment regulations.

Duties:

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters across agency, court, arbitration, and appellate forums.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, memos, and other legal documents with precision and adherence to client strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and critical analysis on employment-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Participate in pre-litigation dispute resolution when appropriate, conducting early case evaluations and litigation risk assessments.
• Engage in active communication with clients, team members, and court personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on case progress.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for employment law focus.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven track record of drafting and analyzing pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective team collaboration.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity in legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in Colorado (or eligibility for admission).

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting and analyzing complex legal documents.
• Advanced research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interaction and team engagement.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
