This role focuses on preparing title opinions for oil and gas development projects in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in North Dakota oil and gas title examination and demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills.

Duties:

  • Prepare comprehensive title opinions for oil and gas projects in North Dakota.
  • Collaborate with legal teams in the firm's Bismarck, ND, office, and other remote locations.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to oil and gas development.
  • Review and interpret legal documents and property titles.
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients based on findings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in North Dakota oil and gas title examination.
  • Proven ability to write clear and accurate title opinions.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in at least one . jurisdiction.
  • Ability to obtain admission to the State Bar of North Dakota and the state of residence promptly.
